To ask the Minister for Communities to detail whether his Department has engaged with organisations representing local brewers, small producers and consumer groups in relation to alcohol licensing reform in the 11 months since the publication of the Independent Review of the Liquor Licensing system in Northern Ireland including the Surrender Principle.

Yes. My Department has met with the Society of Independent Brewers and Associates and written to members of the Campaign for Real Ale.
