My officials are currently progressing the majority of short-term schemes within the BCN and are confident that these can be delivered in the time period up to the end of 2025, subject on the successful completion of statutory processes. My officials aim to commence preliminary design on a number of medium-term schemes in due course.
Delivery of the plan, along with many other Departmental priorities, remains subject to future budget allocations and available resources. I will continue to work with Executive colleagues to ensure appropriate investment is made.
