Answer
The Department is fully committed to the work of the ePharmacy programme which aims to support the management of electronic prescribing and reduce the administrative burden on key stakeholders.
I am unable to give any assurances regarding the capital and revenue investments that may be required to deliver and underpin the ePharmacy programme at this time. However, I will consider any future investment proposals as and when they are received, and balance all departmental priorities when determining final allocations of capital and revenue investment funding.
