Answer
There has been no legislative work undertaken by my Department during my term in office to combat anti-social behaviour, particularly in relation to street drinking and related issues that stem from alcohol consumption on streets.
My Department is a member of the multi-agency Anti-Social Behaviour Legislation Review Group, led by the Department of Justice. Its remit includes street drinking as an element of the work being taken forward.
