I have made a commitment in Health and Wellbeing that all future changes will be designed with the involvement of those who provide services, including relevant professionals, as well as those who use services.

Work is currently underway to develop the techniques and tools to ensure this happens in practice.

Allied health professionals from a range of disciplines are also members of the Strategic Heath Partnership Forum which I chair. This forum, facilitates discussion and collaboration among key stakeholders in influencing the strategic direction of policy development
