Answer
Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) are not under-represented at departmental level. The role of the departmental Lead AHP Officer is to provide policy and professional advice to myself and is not a policy lead for the service. The Lead AHP Officer is supported by a Deputy Principal, a part-time Housing Advisory Liaison Officer and administrative support within Nursing, Midwifery and AHP Directorate.
