To ask the Minister for Infrastructure to detail any exemptions or exceptions that will apply under the forthcoming inconsiderate pavement parking legislation, including how the regulations will address the needs of (i) residents; (ii) emergency services; (iii) deliveries; and (iv) road users with disabilities.
