Governance, transparency and ethical oversight for the use of artificial intelligence across the Civil Service are being taken forward through the development of a dedicated governance pillar within the emerging Artificial Intelligence Strategy, focused on ensuring AI is deployed responsibly, transparently and in the public interest.
