Answer
The Delivery Unit is intentionally designed as a small and focused team, with its resources directed to areas where it can add greatest value. This includes applying delivery disciplines to track progress across a portfolio of projects supported by ringfenced transformation funding, identifying barriers and potential solutions, and strengthening connections to support effective delivery.
While SIB and the Delivery Unit have distinct roles, they share a common focus on improving outcomes. They will continue to work closely to enable shared learning, collaboration and alignment, while ensuring there is no duplication of effort.
