Answer
The Department for Culture, Media and Sport’s £1.5billion investment is from its Spending Review settlement.
The Executive receives Barnett consequentials from the changes to Whitehall Department budgets. However, the Barnett consequentials at a Spending Review are identified at Whitehall department level rather than individual programme level and therefore it is not possible to identify the amount of Barnett consequentials received by the Executive as a result of Whitehall spending on arts, culture and heritage.
