Answer

The Department for the Economy’s Careers Service has paid membership with UK National Information Centre (UK ENIC), the official organisation for the recognition and comparison of international qualifications and skills. This valuable service provides clients from other countries with proof of qualification equivalency in relation to the British education system, enabling them to access education and employment whilst they are living in the North of Ireland.

Careers staff can provide a free letter of comparability to clients with qualifications from other countries, including Ukraine.

The Department for the Economy is represented on the UK ENIC stakeholder reference group. This platform provides discussion and learning to improve services for all users, including displaced persons.
