To ask the Minister of Finance to detail his assessment of the length of time that the recruitment process for Administrative Officers in the Civil Service is taking, considering it commenced in August 2024.

Just under 10,000 people applied for the Administrative Officer competition. Processing this volume of applications through the selection process including tests and interviews is a significant administrative undertaking for NICSHR and the delivery partner HR Connect.
