Answer
The International Relations Strategy will set out agreed priorities and clear aims, alongside a fully integrated programme of actions and performance indicators. This will support a consistent approach across government, amplify our messages globally, maximise what we can deliver in geographical regions, and deliver value for money. Over the past 12 month, our officials have supported more than 75 official visits from over 20 different countries including the US, Germany, China, Japan, France and India – which represent the world’s largest or fastest growing economies. We will continue to use our international engagements at home and abroad to maximise our impact and reach with a clear focus on shared priorities.
