Development of the Regulations required under Section 50 of the Climate Change Act (Northern Ireland) 2022 is progressing well. These Regulations will be a first step in establishing the NI Climate Commissioner.
We will consider the draft Regulations in the weeks ahead at which point next steps can be determined.
